I. Securing yourself and your agreement
After ensuring the above requirements,

PresolvSecure plan will be recommended by us. The
plan will detail out all the inclusions and the

Secure your agreement
Simply upload your agreement (including the supplementary agreement, if any) and fill the basic details of your counterparty. You have now successfully secured yourself and your agreement.
Unique Identification (“UID”) and validation
Upon successful validation, a Unique Identification number (“UID”) will be generated against your agreement and a 'Joint Code' will be sent to the remaining parties for onboarding
Typically, PresolvSecure will be valid for a period of 1 year. Renew the plan periodically to enjoy continued protection and a litigation-free relationship.
II. Raising and resolving disputes
RAISING A DISPUTE
When a dispute arises and your agreement is secured by

An empaneled Certified Expert will be assigned to the case
who will facilitate the dispute resolution process. Allocation of
a case to the expert will be based on the expert's competence,
knowledge and ability to deal with subject matter of the
dispute between the parties
DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS
Depending upon the nature and circumstances of the
dispute and the complexity involved, the Certired Expert,
will recommend and implement the most suitable course of action and the
most appropriate Alternative Dispute Resolution ('ADR')
